Hallmark Foundation is proud to be one of the founding patrons of the Championing Social Care coalition. Working together we can do more to promote better social care for all who need it.
In June 2021 Hallmark supported Care Homes Open Week organised by the coalition. Following its success, we look forward to the Care Homes Open Week 2022 to highlight the importance of residential care, the range of jobs and work opportunities in care and why care is central in all communities.
Hallmark Foundation has co-funded and been involved developing a new report on supporting family carers, Creating a Britain that Works and Cares, published by the Centre for Social Justice.
Hallmark Foundation is delighted to fund a pioneering UK-wide research project on the experiences of living in residential care, from the perspectives of older people, their families and carers. The project is led by a research team from City, University of London and Ulster University with My Home Life England.
The fourth annual Care Sector Fundraising Ball was held on Saturday 30 September 2023. Organised by Championing Social Care, the event was supported by Hallmark Foundation as founding partner of the Ball since its inception in 2018.
