The winners of the 2026 Leading Women in Care Awards have been announced on the 19th of March at the Line (58VE), in celebration of International Women’s Day and International Women’s History Month
Sponsors for the biggest Women in Care awards ceremony of the year included: Connect2Care, Prosperwell, and PicPR.
The event commenced with a networking lunch, and was followed by a brilliant keynote speech by the esteemed host Anita Goyal, Board Trustee, the Hallmark Foundation who shared her happiness formula – encouraging women to focus on fulfilment.
Next up were two excellent and informative panel sessions and the event culminated with a prestigious awards ceremony.
Kirsty Simmonds, adult health and social care lead, Connect2Care, took to the stage to present the Care Home Excellence in Women Empowerment award.
