Kirstie McMillan
Kirstie has spent the larger part of her career within the software engineering industry as an engineer and leading engineering organisations to build people centric culture and engineering excellence as a mindset. She now concentrates her time on technology transformation in that area and is a coach for ways of working and organisational culture shifts towards people and purpose-driven strategy within organisations as a consultant with KPMG.
With a keen interest in giving back and personal experience as a caregiver for someone with dementia, Kirstie was one of the founders of a dementia cafe in north west Kent. As a trustee of the Hallmark Care Foundation, she brings her knowledge of technology and passion to continue to help people age well and make a difference in the future of care.
