Amanda Nurse brings more than three decades of experience in the retirement living and social care sectors to her role as a Trustee of the Hallmark Care Homes Foundation. As Co-Founder of Carterwood, Amanda supports the organisation’s strategic direction, working with the leadership team and clients to advance data-led insight and market intelligence across health and social care. Her work provides independent sector perspective and commercial understanding, helping organisations make informed decisions that improve outcomes for older people.
Amanda co-founded Carterwood with Ben Hartley, building the business on a shared commitment to client delight, commercial rigour and challenging the status quo. The firm is recognised for its strategic due diligence, planning expertise and analytical tools that enable faster, smarter decision-making.
